Title: set-up of a network for continuous cross-border cooperation in health care in the region of Saxony - North Bohemia
Funded by: RP Dresden, Council of the Free State of Saxony / Dresden
Aims:
- Establishment of cooperation between hospitals and medical schools in Saxony and Northern Bohemia
- implementation of exchanges of trainee and student internships
- Know-how transfer on the approximation of the training and development of technicians and managers in health care
- Facilitate the exchange of professionals between Saxony and Northern Bohemia
- improving intercultural understanding and language skills
- VImproving the supply of the Czech population in health care
- Establishment of an internet platform
Subject and facts:
- Setting up an Internet platform as a communication platform
- Exchange of experiences and transfer of specialist know-how
Working Group 1 - Medical Training Schools:
- Workshops with shadowing of specialist teachers
- Development of a learning program
- Implementation of Czech language courses
- Placements for trainees from Saxony in Usti nad Labem
- Placements for Czech students in Dresden
- participation in two international rescue exercises in the Czech Republic
- Preparation of documentation and records for other subjects
Working Group 2 - Hospitals:
- Study tours of Czech doctors and specialists
- Workshops for Czech chief doctors and doctors in Dresden
- Workshops for Saxon chief doctors and doctors in Usti nad Labem
- Consulting in Usti nad Labem
- Conduct a closing conference to present the results
