Laser and optical technologies for Russian executives

Title: Qualification scheme for Russian young professionals dealing with selected questions concerning the German-Russian technology and innovation transfer in optical technology

Aims:

• The project aim is to create optimal conditions for technology and innovation transfer and the establishment of cooperation between German and Russian companies in the field of laser and optical technologies through the qualification of managers who primarily belong to the middle management level of Russian SMEs. In this process, the firms in the defined regions in Russia get the possibility to get training for their young talent and prepare them for cooperation with German companies.
• The initial contact phase will be carried through in Germany, as well.
• The contacts with potential German companies are prepared and implemented in accordance with the project participants. Upon completion there will be a project monitor ring.

• Preparation phase: in Moscow
• The participants have the opportunity to present their projects as example for a successful cooperation with German companies, to design the project and to get the according qualification. They elaborate their ideas about the planned collaboration more precisely. In parallel, the training takes place on selected topics containing innovation and technology transfer, management and marketing.
